Private Parties
Birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, garden parties and milestone celebrations. We can keep things simple with a guest-paid bar or build something more bespoke around the occasion.

Staff celebrations, launches, hospitality, brand events and private functions. We can adapt the bar and drinks offering to suit the format of your event and how you want guests to be served.
Charity Events
From community fundraisers to larger charity events, we can provide a bar setup that complements the event while keeping service straightforward for organisers and guests.
Public Events
Festivals, markets, community events and large outdoor occasions. We are experienced in trading from our mobile bar with quick card payments, crowd-friendly drinks and a setup designed for real event conditions.
Sample package styles
All bookings start with a £150 deposit. Menus are agreed with the customer, and glassware is available at an additional cost for weddings and corporate events.
Your guests purchase their own drinks during the event, giving you a straightforward and flexible bar option.
Perfect for arrival drinks, post-ceremony cocktails or a dedicated cocktail hour before the main bar opens.
A pre-paid option where you choose how many drinks to cover, often managed through a token system for guests.
You provide the budget and we run the bar on your behalf, with drinks served to guests as part of an agreed open bar service.

Your drinks offering is tailored around your event. We agree the menu with you in advance, so the bar feels right for your guests, venue and plans for the day.
Freshly poured draught can be included as part of your chosen bar service.
We can agree a cocktail menu with you to suit the occasion and your guests.
Frozen serves can be included for weddings, parties and summer events.
Perfect for guest arrival, wedding receptions, launches and corporate events.
Spirits, wine, lager, cocktails and soft drinks can all form part of your agreed menu.
We work with you beforehand to agree exactly what you would like available on the day.

A few of the things we are asked most often when people are planning their bar service.
High-quality plasticware is included as standard at every event. If you would prefer glassware for a wedding, corporate event or other suitable occasion, this can be supplied at an additional cost.
Our booking deposits start from £150. This includes the first 50 miles return travel from our base in NE12. Mileage is charged at 50p per mile thereafter.
Yes. We agree the menu with you before the event and tailor the drinks offering around your occasion and guests.
You decide how many drinks you would like to cover and we can operate a token system for your guests. Once their included drinks have been used, the bar can switch to guest-paid service if required.
Yes. We can arrange an open bar with an agreed menu and spending arrangement. A deposit is required when booking, which will be deducted from the final bar bill at the end of the event, or reimbursed to you if it is not reached.
Yes. We can provide dedicated cocktail or welcome-drink receptions either before the main bar opens or as part of your wider bar service. For weddings, this can include bespoke Mr & Mrs cocktails.
