How far do you travel?

We are based in Newcastle however are happy to travel all over the North East of England, and happy to discuss any enquiries if they are further afield. 

What do your bar staff wear?

All our staff come wearing a professional uniform, which is a white top and a brown bar apron with our name embroidered in. For weddings we are happy to discuss and we will make sure we fit into your special day. 

What drinks do you serve?

We are fully licensed bar; we can make it easy for you and come with a prestocked selection of popular drinks for a pay as you go bar, pre-paid bar, or you can select a number of drinks from our menus here to create your very own bespoke package. 

We will do our best to accommodate all options.

Do you sell cocktails?

Yes we do! We sell a variety of Premium Liberation Cocktails in our package deals. If the British Weather is on your side we also have a great range of Frozen Cocktails

How many guests are required?

We know that parties can be huge affairs, or intimate gatherings and because of this we will always consider every request.

We will tailor your package to your guest number, including the menu, the bartenders, and will consult you on this throughout the booking process.

How much does the bar hire cost?

This varies from event to event. Each package we offer has a number of factors and every quote to our customers is unique. To make things easy for you our booking process is comprised of three elements.

1. A booking fee; this secures your date, the use of the fully stocked bar, bartenders and licensing.

2. Your drinks package if you want one (or pay as you go, you decide)

3. Lastly, depending on the location there may be a travel cost.

Do you offer dry hire?

Yes we offer a dry hire, please get in touch for more details!

How much space will the bar need?

The Shake and Sip Bar needs a 3m x 4m. We can also set up inside if your party is in a barn or large marquee and we can get in. 

What about the legal stuff?

Yes, we have public liability insurance and a licensee will be present at every event we cater for. 

If your venue isn't licensed we apply for the temporay events notice, too.
