We can provide reception cocktails and welcome drinks, followed by a bar serving a selection of draught lager, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. If you have a favourite serve or want a bespoke cocktail for the occasion, we can discuss that while planning your menu.

you book?
Here are some practical details to help you plan the drinks for your wedding.
01Can guests pay for their own drinks?+
Yes. A guest-paid bar is one of our options. We can also discuss a prepaid/token bar or an open bar with an agreed spending arrangement.
02Can you provide welcome drinks or cocktails?+
Yes. We can include welcome drinks, fizz or a cocktail reception, with the selection agreed as part of planning your wedding bar service.
03Do you provide glasses?+
High-quality plasticware is included as standard. Glassware can be arranged for weddings at an additional cost.
04How much is the booking deposit?+
Booking deposits start from £150. The standard deposit includes the first 50 miles of return travel from our NE12 base, with additional mileage charged at 50p per mile. Please enquire for a quote tailored to your wedding.
05Can we choose our drinks?+
Yes. We agree your menu ahead of time and can discuss cocktails, draught lager, wine, spirits, fizz and soft drinks based on your plans.
